      Pros

      Good location, good pay, some interesting design and marketing challenges.

      Cons

      Terrible office politics. Original Australian employees consistently undermine newer US employees in an attempt to control everything, and the original Australian employees who have been there the longest are the worst at this.

      Pros

      Fun environment, very casual and flexible. Great office perks like catered employee lunch every Tuesday, fully stocked cabinets and frige coolers w/drinks and Snacks.

      Cons

      Don't always see the potential in there employees and therefore people are often overlooked and stagnant in their jobs. Can under value employees.

      Pros

      Great Company, Great people and the culture they work very hard to maintain. The company continues to grow at a rapid pace and it all has to do with the fantastic employees on the ground level growing the company one client at a time.

      Cons

      the new location is a bit of a commute from its previous Mopac locations.
