We appreciate hearing that you enjoyed the many perks we have to offer, and the ability to connect and form strong bonds locally and across the globe. Related to our roadmap and how we execute, I don’t disagree that context switching has a cost, and we always try to avoid or minimize those instances. Sometimes market dynamics change and we make the conscious decision to shift short term priorities. When we do make that decision though, we always engage the team to ensure everyone understands why and to give them the opportunity to recommend how best to achieve the agreed goal. To your point though, one improvement we’ve made in the last couple of months is to introduce a structure where 3 to 5 teams are grouped into a “pod” with designated pod leaders from Product Management, Engineering, Design and Program Management. Based on company goals and our global product stack rank, these leaders are empowered to make resourcing and other decisions related to how best to achieve our higher level goals. It’s still early days, but we’re already getting very positive feedback from the teams all while improving our confidence that we’re working on the highest value items.
