      Pros

      As someone with a disability, i could not possibly ask for a more inclusive and accommodating employer. They've gone out of their way in every facet of my role to make sure that i'm comfortable and feel included. From customised equipment to flexible working arrangements, they've made it happen. Aside from that, i never thought a workplace could be 'fun' and one could actually be happy to come into work - easy-going attitudes all round and genuine camaraderie that focuses on everyones happiness and encouragement to be the best. Oh, not to mention the perks; free lunch, snacks and drinks, monthly massages... the list goes on! Hands down the best place i've ever worked.

      Absolutely no cons whatsoever (never that i could say that about an employer)
