Too much change -- be aware

Pros

Great company culture, you'll make lots of friends and it's a great networking environment.

Cons

Lots of change is going on right now. New CEO, new ELT. Be aware that more layoffs are looming. False promises tend to be made and a false idea of a growth path as well. There is no path for growth. People have to leave for that to happen, but no one leaves...it's cult like in that way. People are lifers. If that's what you like, you'll love it here!
