      Made a couple of good friends, given that we were all trying to survive the experience,

      Cons

      The culture and environment is toxic, unprofessional, and immature. There's no clear path to growth & you'll need to watch your back. Weak leadership, lack of know-how and concerted vision, unrealistic expectations - they drink their own Koolaid.

      Co-workers/broader team were always great. Valuable cross-functional work. Free snacks/drinks. Fun work events.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and no one even tries to hide it. From team manager to senior leadership - you never know who to trust. True support isn’t available.
