      Pros

      I loved how most communications were gathered in Slack. This gave technical support access to all depts, including engineering. This is a major plus as some other companies have you send trouble tickets to some nebulous "senior support" you never directly chat with.

      Cons

      KPI metrics are kinda tough to hit.

      The people are amazing and the majority are open and always willing to help and support.

      Cons

      Outdated app marketplace, constant restructuring with no comprehensive long term plans, still struggling to be profitable after IPO, product is great, but can’t fully compete in the market it is trying to break into, there is consistent churn in some departments so headcount is down and some are drowning (including leadership). The culture that is portrayed doesn’t exist anymore company wide.

      High turnover in specific departments. Minimal investments to expand the partnership ecosystems. The app marketplace is outdated.
