      Pros

      The majority of the team is great. The collaboration and support from peers make it feel like a real team. The vacation policy is great, and some of the leaders are awesome.

      Cons

      It doesn't seem like leadership is concerned with employee satisfaction or helping their subordinates grow their careers. If you are in with the right leaders, you will get every opportunity for exposure and projects to gain experience. If you are not, it's better to start looking for roles elsewhere.

      Pros

      Co. really focuses on internal promotion, lots of folks leave and then come back, people have a willingness to collab across org.s

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of transparency from the c suite....a lot of "what does that person do exactly" and titles that almost seem made up. It is great they promote from within but a lot of folks have been there for years and you realize they dont really contribute all that much, they just got the job bc they have been in the seat the longest.
