Growing company with a great culture! Management cares about their employees and a great work life balance
Cons
Not really a con, but company is still growing and putting processes and structure in place, so if you like an established large company with processes already in place, it probably wouldn't be a good fit

Hi!
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to us, it's wonderful to hear that you feel cared for as a member of the team here. We appreciate the notes about our growth and need for more structure and established processes, as we continue to scale that is top of mind and will be a focus for us in this phase of growth. From systems and processes to people and roles, we are excited for all that is coming!
Thanks for being a part of the team,

Life is hard (especially during Covid), so it is refreshing to work somewhere that is filled with caring people who want the best for their customers and their co-workers.
Flexibility on where and how I work makes me feel included and cared for by senior leadership.
Thoughtful listening and actions taken when needed
Cons
We are a small'ish team, so roles are still being defined and sometimes you have to wear a few hats but that is par for the course at this size company.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on working at Bigleaf, we appreciate the advice on listening to our team members and revisiting the company values. In our newly defined remote-first environment it is especially important that we are aligned as a team on our values since we don't meet in person as often. We hope that you continue to feel cared for as a part of the Bigleaf team and will refer your friends and former colleagues as we continue to grow!
Thanks,
Susan Fierro

This company is serious about putting employee feedback into action. They give plenty of time off and encourage employees to use it. They really don't want people working too much which is so refreshing!
Cons
It's a start up! Things move quickly. We are creating processes as we go sometimes. You will probably have to wear a few different hats. It's good for people who like to have an impact and maybe not great for those who like to blend in to a corporate structure.
