Pros

Flexible with PTO and my manager was very supportive.

Cons

Exec management has no idea of how to lead a company. Their values are demanded but not followed. There is absolutely no communication to their teams regarding where they're going as a company. They are no longer an innovative leader and the executive leadership behaves like adolescent children.

Love my job, environment, people, service we provide!

Pros

Very friendly people! Fast-growing and changing environment. Good benefits: Medical(HSA and standard), Dental, Vision, 401k match with up to 5%, Gym pass, Paid Long-Term Disability, Options for short term disability, Twice-a-year company events, and other nice benefits.
