Cons

lots of time on bug fixing. disogranised and very dishonest. low salary. too many managers. no clarity. no growth. some very rude managers. very low morale

We review salaries based on market data and on capability, if you are unhappy with your salary please do speak to your manager or escalate to HR so we can understand your concern. Leadership of our people is important. We want our people to perform at their best. If there is any issue with the way that someone speaks to you, please escalate to HR immediately. As a business we are focused on supporting value to our customers both in the short term and long term. To ensure we have clarity with the team on the plan for this - we will host an internal session to improve understanding of our planning and practices. Flexible working hours, recreational room with board games and a table tennis, fruits and free lunch once a week...

Cons

A complete lack of the company vision. Most work is around proof of concepts and observing the reaction of prospective/existing customers, without any global strategy and/or a road map. Little thinking is also going into the core product engineering. Much work is spent on non-sense features. The moto of the company "Sell, no matter what". Management is also non-technical and clueless about the latest technology and software engineering theory/practice. The overall product success is measured in how beautiful the UI is, not how unique or complex the underlying technology is. Scalability issues are never discussed. Engineering talent has a low retention rate, which must be seriously addressed.

I am glad that you recognise the strong flexible working practices that are in place at Bigtincan, but realise from your review that not everything in your 3 years at the company was perfect. The good news is that we are listening to the team, we are currently working together on our culture and values and how to better articulate our vision, mission and purpose. We have already made further investment in our PM team and taken action to improve the communication of our product strategy. It is true that our company is focused on design, as it is important to us and our customers. We have a fabulous tech team with a great depth of experience, both from hiring directly, and through merger and acquisition, and they are working with us to ensure we have a great place to work both from a cultural and tech perspective. Pros

Bigtincan is really a great company to work for. Some of the pros are: -Open company culture -Great intelligent colleagues -Great team work, everyone is always there for support -Competitive Salary -Fair treatment -Good commission, lots of opportunities for sales -Great partners -Management is very supportive and open for ideas

Cons

The industry itself is faced-paced, so self learning about the market is must. But the team is there for you if you have any questions.
