Your teammates in the trenches are good people just trying to do their jobs.

Cons

This company is all flash and no substance. It's cobbled together from the bones of all the companies it's acquired for their tech/products and then stripped of personal. It has no soul. Management is focused solely on press releases and stock price at the expense of all else.

-Zero accountability and responsibility from sales leadership team -Little to no communications from management team on anything and everything -Sales organization its leaders will sell "dreams" instead of the actual product to close deals -Awful benefits

Small startup with high visibility and a great product.

Cons

Management does not value employees input very much. There's not much room to grow and the bonus structure is not great to say the least. Metrics for sales team are way too high and compensation is too low.
