      Pros

      pay is excellent, majority of coworkers are fantastic to work with. working around cars is a fun job if you’re into that kind of thing

      Cons

      so so so many cons. long hours (comes with the business), unprofessional atmosphere, lots of derogatory remarks, and god forbid you have political beliefs that differ from the majority. management plays favorites.
