Bill Colwell Ford is an amazing dealership. There's a reason they have been in business for so long and it's because their customers and employees are their #1 priority. Everyone on their staff is hardworking and you can tell they genuinely care about the business.
Cons
It's a very fast paced work environment and you have to be able to think quickly on your feet. The company is also very customer focused, so if you don't deal well with people this might not be the place for you.
