Great training, great benefits, competitive pay for non-profit

Cons

When I first started working there, management was disconnected with staff. I had to leave to return to school, but my last year there was great and they are really doing a great job appreciating their staff and being more flexible.

Therapists and milieu staff were kind, transparent and supportive as well as intelligent.

Cons

Management style is punitive, no respect for work life balance and there is no inherent trust in the employees from the top down.
