I’ve never worked for a company like BTO, not only is the technology amazing (only prenatal test that can test baby and mom without needing a paternal sample) but the company culture is extremely strong. Very transparent, great pay and benefits, and they only hire the best so everyone has a great attitude and wants to succeed. Also a start up so they want to hear from the team and things are constantly changing for the better! People are constantly promoted, so lots of opportunity to move up.

Cons

The only downside is having to sell against Natera, who is on an active campaign to take UNITY down. Combatting constant lies and misinformation, you definitely need to be thick-skinned and ready to fight!
