      Great company to work for

      Pros

      This company is wonderful to work for as top management has an open door policy and is very down to earth. The company prides itself on work life balance and lives by that. It is a casual dress environment with a game room etc. and departments will facilitate team building activities outside of the office.

      Cons

      When I was hired for my position the biggest downside to the job was a lack of training on role specific duties, as well as a lack of understanding of what my role was going to be.

      The people are very friendly, everyone on my team is supportive and helpful, and they have nice perks throughout the year. The pay is not bad. There are opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      I can't think of any honestly.

      Work Hard, Play Hard!

      Pros

      The company culture here is absolutely amazing and unlike most. Our culture is built on our values and is embedded into every employee. Work-life balance is wonderful - Open PTO for salaried employees. There are lots of opportunities to participate in events (e.g. Holiday Cookie Bake-off, Habitat for Humanity, Women in Technology, Mentorship Programs, Etc). I love that there are clearly defined individual contributor paths and people management career tracks that allow you the grow and pivot your career as you see fit. Overall, it's an amazing place to work!
