Remote work is a plus.

Cons

They fired their CMO with no replacement. Had Marketing report to Sales. Then the CCO was fired. Now they just announced layoffs and decimated several teams. People are also leaving on their own and we have lost a lot of good talent. Most decisions are made by a technical leader who knows nothing about sales and marketing. Management style is bullying.
