      Pros

      Billtrust has been a great place to work. I've received nothing but support from senior management since I started, and the culture is the best I've ever experienced. Although there have been a lot of changes -- especially recently -- I've never worked anywhere that wasn't constantly evolving. The work-from-anywhere environment is just right for me. Great products, great people. The expansion into Europe is exciting!

      Cons

      There has been a lot of executive turnover, especially post-acquisition. That being said, we've brought on a lot of great expertise, as we continue to up our game.

      Pros

      Billtrust values are really put first, 'family first' value, open PTO, Summer Fridays, and most employees are 100% remote. The group of individuals I work with is exceptional. Everyone with the motivation and hunger to contribute can do so without feeling pressured or alienated if they can't contribute. There is a huge sense of TEAM SUCCESS and nothing is more valued than feeling apart of everything that matters in Billtrust.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication from leadership can feel like smoke and mirrors and it is understood that not all information can roll down but it does change the temperature of the employee views of the company when it feels shady.

      Pros

      Billtrust has a lot of talented employees. There is a great culture and camaraderie if you choose to immerse yourself in it. Offer remote work and open PTO.

      Cons

      Like any company it has had growing pains. We are in it to improve and be the best at what we do/offer.
