Pros

I have been able to grow my career here and work with really inspiring and intellectual individuals along the way. I really appreciate our 'family first' value and having open PTO, Summer Fridays, and being able to work 100% remotely. I love that we have Employee Resource Groups and give back to the community. I've gotten a lot of personal and professional development and really feel that I'm making a difference and impact.

Cons

There's a lot of change that can be overwhelming at times (e.g. change of ownership to private equity, more stringency around metrics, some leadership changes, global M&A, etc.). That being said I feel like I can lean on my team for support and I feel optimistic about the future of Billtrust.
