Product model with 10+ history, full of bugs, you can learn to deal with frustrated users and ad-hoc bug fix day and night.

Cons

• Bad management with lack of product/ technology knowledge senior staffs • Unprofessional traning for junior staffs • Irresponsible management level, always shift their own responsibility to other staffs, even the customers. • Unstable to receive the bonus, part of the basic salary • Remote working with unprofessional developers Not easy to reaching them for discussion, decison-making and update progress for the projects. • Incomplete and non-transparency appraisal from other department surpervior • Boss won't take those capable staffs as an valuable asset; on the contrary, some staffs have a special relationship with boss will get promotion. • Gossip environment and most of the staff cannot focus on their works
