Pros

The software is nice to look at, but it rarely works, so that doesn't matter much. The people that are not the CEO are pretty cool and hard working.

Cons

-The CEO is a sorry excuse for a leader. He asked us to "work 16 hours a day like Jack Ma" while we were paid a $0 base salary and had no equity. -Half the team is halfway across the world = lots of 10PM video meetings -The product is not stable and is in wildly competitive industry where stability is primary -The CEO asks the sales team to pre-sell features that they do not plan on building, also know as lying...how's the online marketplace coming (3 years after being promised)?

Great people to work with. Lots of smart, fun, exciting and genuine people building a pretty awesome product. Lots of freedom to try new things to help develop the company. Awesome office.

Cons

Disconnected CEO that didn't manage product development as well as he could have. Lots of long nights communicating to the team in Hong Kong.
