      Good colleagues, friendly atmosphere, work-life balance

      Cons

      Hard to find technically challenging work, Very limited growth opportunities and management does promotions on a whim. Most middle managers/directors not technically inclined and have no clarity of direction

If you're not finding the work to be challenging enough, we'd recommend some honest conversations with your manager around your goals and any development needs you may have.       Clinical business has good support Good diversity Global footprint and able to interact with employees at other countries Professional Management can relate to employees Benefits are at par with other companies

      Cons

      Some departments are not supported, overloading other areas that are impacted. Salaries are trending lower due to current higher inflation in the last few years
