The people and culture are the main reason I’ve stayed for three decades — supportive, collaborative, and dedicated. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and integrity. Opportunities to grow and learn over time, with training and development always available. Meaningful work that supports science, healthcare, and making a real difference.

Cons

Like many large organizations, processes can sometimes be slow. Certain departments would benefit from more staffing support. Advice to Management: Continue investing in employees and maintaining the positive culture — it’s what keeps people like me here for 30 years.
