      A Shell of its Former Self

      Paycheck, Flexibility, Nice People, Sales tools are functional

      Cons

      When I first joined the company it was full of great passion and commitment to the values originally founded on. Then came the corporatization, where process and protectionism has stifled innovation and new ideas. The company is in a tailspin with all their eggs in one or two deteriorating baskets. Due to the recent RIF, its worse with leadership at all levels not wanting to poke their heads out with new ideas in fear of being on the chopping block or just wanting to ride out the last few years before retirement. The sad fact is there are people in the organization with great ideas and ambition to improve the business, but there is a pervasive gatekeeping mentality that prohibits trying new ways or strategies - again the thinking is don't rock the boat, or you will walk the plank.

      TOXIC! Worst career decision of my life

      Free fruits once a week, but you get these at every decent company as well Contribution to gym membership

      Cons

      ZERO work culture ZERO proper business communication ZERO basic knowledge/awareness Not LGBTQ-friendly
