Business Outlook
Pros
The company is pretty stable, and the people are generally hard-working. As with any company, there are ways to improve, and I think Bio-Rad is ultimately working towards that goal. I think that if you're truly driven and organized, you can achieve much here.
Cons
However, with improvement there are costs. These include more demand on the employees, which, unfortunately, does create a tense atmosphere. There are some poor performers, but it looks as though new policies will seek to either help them improve or let them go.
