Pros

Bio-Reference truly has a great culture that is driven from the top down. Everyone is so appreciative of the work you do and the value you bring to the table, and they’re always willing to help you learn and grow. It’s a decent sized company that encourages you to reframe the perspective of the work you do every day so that it never gets old and it never starts to feel like it’s not a significant contribution. There is always a lot of work to be done, so sometimes it can feel a bit hectic and busy, but I appreciate the variety of work and how no two days feel alike.

Cons

Employees who don’t take the safety regulations seriously. Eventually they get found out and are let go, but I just wish everyone would have the same respect for safety rules as I do.

Pros

The people are super smart and enjoyable to work with. Always evolving to the latest and greatest. Always improving. Always innovating. Always on the cusp of latest advancements in the field.

Cons

The pay rate was disappointing. I needed more than my paycheck contained.
