      The benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Management is very inexperience. There is no way to progress, everyone does what they want all the time but it’s okay since the supervisors like you. A lot of work for no pay- that’s why there is a problem with the retention of employees.

      You learn a lot about lab work. Different things different days. Great co workers

      Cons

      Temp workers make more money than company people. If you are exposed to Covid, you have to pay for the tests. You have to pay for your vaccines.
