work culture used to be so great until they brought in new management after a series of expensive project failures. New management is so toxic, gas-lighting people and only cares about there bottom line. Laid-off many good employees while CEO got a ridiculous bonus and blamed it on poor performance instead of the poor financial decisions that the CEO made over his years. Cut people with years of experience and then suddenly are left with only new employees with no real knowledge of the antibody industry. Driving a great place into the ground. So sad to watch.

No public transportation and no designated parking

The HR support in addressing the toxic work environment was weak by not addressing the employees causing issues, as they are favorites of the site leadership team. The HR laid off an employee, and then subsequently hired them back at a manager title causing unneeded stress.

Wasn't able to take on more meaningful responsibilities as a seasonal lab assistant even though I wanted to.

None so far, I'm only complaining about the commute, but it's obviously not related to company.

Poor management, disrespect from upper management

Corporate seems a bit out of touch.
