      I've watched this company crumble over the past 6 years

      Pros

      Decent work-life balance if, and only if, you have a good manager

      Cons

      I've been with the company for over 6 years and have watched it slowly fall apart. During COVID, things were great. We could WFH when not in the lab, hours were flexible, and there were perks like 10% annual bonus, consistent merit increases, Christmas gifts, etc. Now, we get none of that. Bonuses are gone. Any small perk/gift is gone. Health insurance in 2025 is changing to a much more expensive plan. WFH and flexibility is gone. This company doesn't care about its employees at all. It only cares about cutting costs.

      There were no Pros working at this unprofessional company.

      Cons

      Sample management promoted racism and discrimination. They let go of the manager that cared and the problem manager is still there along with the bad apples. The current manager had inappropriate relationships with his employees and HR did nothing about it. Instead they targeted and got rid of employees that knew of all the inappropriate behavior conducted by the current manager.
