      Flexible work hours. Snacks (if that's important to you)

      BioAgilytix has sold out and is no longer the fun and exciting environment it once was. Toxic workplace behavior has taken over and allowed due to lack of morals in leadership. All they care about it the bottom line, not if a manager is degrading their staff or not doing their job at all.

      My manager and team are about the only reason I stay.

      Where to begin, they have slowly been chipping away at everything that made this company enjoyable to work for. The pay isn’t the best, and they took away things that boosted morale and replaced them with bagels once a month. Theres very little true growth here, they don’t teach the skills needed to progress in a career and build your self. And all of that was fine until they decided to also cut medical coverage pushing more of the cost onto the employees.
