      Great coworkers, questionable management

      Pros

      The coworkers at my level all work well together and that part of the team is solid.

      Cons

      When reaching a scientist and manager level there is a clear divide in the treatment of those upper positions and the lower positions of the analysts. This is specific to this department.

      I can't think of any pros.

      Cons

      The management on every level appear to follow the same agenda. Sabotage their direct reports to move ahead. Everyone is out for themselves. My manager said that to me and soon after tried to fire me. They gaslight and lie to their employees and clients. HR is just as bad. This place is only about promoting themselves while the rest of the employees do all the work.

      Pros

      My manager and team are about the only reason I stay.

      Cons

      Where to begin, they have slowly been chipping away at everything that made this company enjoyable to work for. The pay isn’t the best, and they took away things that boosted morale and replaced them with bagels once a month. Theres very little true growth here, they don’t teach the skills needed to progress in a career and build your self. And all of that was fine until they decided to also cut medical coverage pushing more of the cost onto the employees.
