Pros

Sample Management was cleared out of all the bad eggs. Much better, less dramatic, and more productive work place now. Had a few that tarnished the reputation, but already looking up and onto greener pastures. There are senior members who are wonderful and helpful for those who came in and replaced the bad eggs that a certain manager who is now gone brought. Over all a growing work environment.

Cons

Sometimes the workload is heavy. Need more room for growth instead of just 3 positions.

Mixed Feelings at BioAgilytix

Business Outlook

Pros

I love my direct team members and that’s all!

Cons

Working at BioAgilytix has been a mixed experience. The new CEO appears to be approachable and understanding of the business, yet there's a noticeable lack of communication. Despite constant praise for our performance, the reality is marked by layoffs, minimal promotions, and managers seemingly pressured to undervalue employees to limit merit increases. This creates a discouraging atmosphere among the team. This atmosphere of limited promotions and undervaluation has created a sense of disillusionment among employees. The pervasive feeling of being pushed to settle for average evaluations has led many to question the motivation to go above and beyond. It's disheartening when efforts are consistently downplayed, impacting overall morale and hindering the team's potential for excellence. There is a strong consensus among employees that improved communication is crucial. We yearn for transparency about the company's performance and the reasons behind certain decisions. The lack of clarity breeds frustration, as we're left wondering if we're genuinely performing well or if we're being misled. It's time for open dialogue to replace the perceived dishonesty that's eroding trust within the company.
