There were no Pros working at this unprofessional company.

Cons

Sample management promoted racism and discrimination. They let go of the manager that cared and the problem manager is still there along with the bad apples. The current manager had inappropriate relationships with his employees and HR did nothing about it. Instead they targeted and got rid of employees that knew of all the inappropriate behavior conducted by the current manager.

The pay is ok. Some people there are easy to work with. Free snacks in the breakroom.

Cons

Processes change after the face. Revenge driven by managers. Favoritism by managers, Inexperienced lazy people are promoted. Training is not equal for everyone. Not a place to work long term, to HR driven to fire people
