Pros

BioAgilytix has brought the most incredible people I have ever met into my life. Not only is everyone incredibly passionate about the science they are doing, but they would do anything for each other. Recently, I was unexpectedly in the hospital for a week. During that time, so many people across different departments went out of their way to make sure I was okay, they found my family through Facebook to check on me, they made sure my dog was taken care of, and made sure I had meals when I got home. It is incredibly rare to find a company where the people are not only your coworkers, but also your friends and family. I know I couldn't find a better group of people anywhere else.

Cons

I can honestly say I don't have a negative thing to say about BioAgilytix

About the Science??

Business Outlook

Pros

this company claims to be about the patient and helping those with diseases or ailments when in reality their main goal is increasing stockholdings and making more money for upper management. The head of HR is actually the vice president of the company which seems like a conflict of interest. Human resources should advocate for employees but at BioAgilitics all HR does is mitigate issues for the company while bold face lying to their employees to protect their one real interest, revenue.

Cons

Employees are promoted due to popularity not talent. The main recruiter only recruits people from Meredith college or head hunts them from LinkedIn from other companies. Funds are allocated towards parties and employee engagement while most of the people who are actually making the money for the company don't get to attend because they're too busy. The company brings in naive unexperienced individuals in order to take advantage of them and use them as scapegoats for their mistakes.
