Pros

Salary, a lot of very talent people, innovation, and a lot of opportunity to flex into different roles.

Cons

True startup ie roles are muddy due to need to pitch in where ever.

Pros

Small company with good intentions..some good people just very few in the Executive roles!

Cons

Lousy follow through and non transparent leadership. As an example a month after being let go I recieved a package with a backpack, water bottle and get this a t shirt that says Team Bio...what a slap in the face. If you have other options take them!
