Pros
Stock bonuses, incredible benefits that are actually affordable to use, yearly performance reviews, access to communicate with more Senior Management. Tight-knit family feel of a smaller company with the benefits of a larger company.
Cons
Still developing the leadership structure and ever evolving (which is also a pro, because it feels like getting in on the 'ground floor' of something big... But...) which sometimes creates an uneasy feeling. Like not everyone in upper management is on the same page.
