- Very friendly team. Genuinely feels like working with friends, become very close and everyday is exciting to go see each other. - Easy job to pick up, the pay is good for the work load and stress of the job. I never felt overworked or overly stressed. - Sometimes there are treats provided for moral - Routine 1-1 meetings to discuss future goals

Cons

- Very repetitive work, becomes boring if you don’t actively seek out something new to learn - Hard to move up the chain for some people
