it was a very nice place to work, in the past unfortunately. salary and career development attractive, but all gone now! I do not see any positive items to mention here anymore.

Cons

poor / unexperienced top management, absence of corporate culture, hand-full of unexperienced SVPs are the only ones trusted by founders, who decide for every thing and on behalf of every one. Real experienced people (still in the company) play low keys to keep jobs and CYA. Salaries are not competitive anymore, career progression, very limited at most! The dream is gone, but still sleeping and looking at the past. Stock price went down so badly, trust in the company is gone, from market, only a take-over from one of the big 5 (for the technology, only) will happen in 3 to 5 years. This may take place earlier if FDA/EMA inspectors ring the bell before...

Cons

Higher ups don't know what they're doing. Keep your head down if you're a tech. You will be fired if you are viewed as a threat. Threat by pointing out mistakes made by said higher ups that will lead to huge problems down the road. Smile and nod to everything they say and you will be fine.
