Opportunities to learn alot here as much work is happening across programs

Cons

Very disorganized. No order. No protocols. Organizational structure is a mess. US location is an affiliate basically; Germany is the HQ and in charge. Does not follow the proper way of doing things. Takes too long to decide and execute on clinical studies. Go in circles by deciding and then undoing the decision, rinse and repeat.

By far the most innovative and impactful company that I have ever worked at. Numerous platforms with a diverse, promising pipeline. We will all beam with pride for the rest of our lives talking about what we are accomplishing at BioNTech.

Cons

With success and progression comes growth, change, and fast pace. We all work very hard because we’re laser focused on our mission. Workloads are high as a result. There has been significant investment in adding resources which is already starting to help.
