OK tech, but there are quite a few amnion companies now

Cons

Extremely poor communication between upper mgmt and everyone else. Lack of updates on RCT. Regulatory is a joke. Poor morale in sales organization. Feels like they are looking to cash out so don't expect to stay long.

Good technology; the products work

Lack of reimbursement, STILL no RCT and minimal clinical support. They have a ton of DPM KOLs however DPMs don't have pull in the OR for product approvals and Orthopods don't listen to/care what a DPM has to say. Benefit premiums are extremely high
