Very few other than good salary and secondary benefits

Cons

Extremely poor communication from top management, confusing and unclear expectations. Assigned projects do not reflect job description and objectives.

Compensated well for your work as a sales rep. Fortunate to have a great Manager who will go to bat for their reps. Best product on the market and it’s not that close.

Cons

A lot of turnover at the top this year, and new management seems to be full of Pharma experience, which from a strategical and style standpoint does not correlate to successful selling in the OR. Hopefully will see what the plan for the future is soon. Must start to make reimbursement a priority and get larger clinical studies completed and into the field.
