Physician started. Great product! Growing company. Potential for $$

Cons

Too many to type out. Here’s a few: Sexist , Prejudice , Agist Focuses on limiting their sales force to new opportunities and only hires out. Special forces like culture that focuses on self-promotion vs. real and diverse opinions. They don’t value hard work, merit or integrity.Over all very political and toxic environment. Majority of the work force is unhappy and 10% are happy (leadership).

The culture is definitely unparalleled. There have been changes to leadership and for the better. Expectations are high but that’s what makes everyone better. Comp plans are now in favor of the reps and it is a flat organization that has a family like mentality.

BioTissue is exceptional.. I feel lucky to work here! The CEO, Ted Davis, joined a year ago and believes if you take care of employees, they will take care of your business. He has assembled an amazing team of talented, passionate, caring people - strengthened the culture and has achieved 25% YOY growth! This company provides a product using birth-tissue from healthy deliveries to save lives! I couldn't be prouder to be part of this incredible company!

Cons

I can't think of any! The recent employee engagement survey had 94% participation and 87% of employees rated BioTissue as a Great Place to Work!
