Horrible leadership,dysfunctional teams throughout the company, lack of communication between all divisions , "too many cooks in the kitchen", promotions are not given on merit but on personal relationships with upper management, lack of professionalism, 0 social media present, majority of employees do not know how to use simple programs such as word, excel and power point, hostile type atmosphere, poor marketing presence.
