No clear directions, objectives not acknowledged, scientific officer very unpleasant. No proper introduction to or support for company specific systems and databases.

Good technology; the products work

Cons

Lack of reimbursement, STILL no RCT and minimal clinical support. They have a ton of DPM KOLs however DPMs don't have pull in the OR for product approvals and Orthopods don't listen to/care what a DPM has to say. Benefit premiums are extremely high
