      Pros

      Product is great, a lot of potential, founder is amazing, CEO and some upper management people are great !

      Cons

      Lower management is very arrogant, unethical and untrained, there is a group of people that dominates the company and does whatever they want - right or wrong and I am not talking about CEO or other upper management.
