      Pros

      HR is very kind and attentive. Sometimes they offer a lot of overtime.

      Cons

      In this particular department, there isn't very much teamwork. Management for night time is strict and can be uncaring. The floor is concrete and cannot sit down, and are expected to stay in your 'cell' at all times. They don't want you to talk to each other, and every time you leave your 'cell' is kept track of. This environment made me feel as if I was in jail.
