      - Management depending on your team isn't too bad - Engineering team is very good and great at communicating - Opportunity to work on multiple projects and engage at different levels within the engineering, chemistry, and bio department - Lots to learn and new ways of implementing drug developments within the

      Cons: - You will learn a lot on the job by yourself - You will work late based on the project you are on - Multiple task multiple experiments due to the requirement of the project - Compensation can be always be higher
