Best place to work in Biotech as a scientist!

Great location, salary, benefits, flexibility, and a fun working environment! The company is large enough to have great resources, but small enough to allow scientists to interact with multiple departments and learn new skills. Collaboration and publication is supported by management.

Cons

The stock price is down right now, but that hasn't my job directly.

Pay is very good and so are the benefits.

Cons

Work/life balance is non-existent. If it wasn't for the pay and benefits, no one would want to work here. Way too much work and way too much going on but at the end of the day, it's not worth it. Company stock price is going down along with company sentiment.
