Pros

The benefits are great (social hour, 4 weeks paternity leave, sabbatical) the company cares about patients lots of great coworkers free beverages. coffee, tea, soda, water

Cons

There is a lot of change going on currently with not a lot of transparency and information being shared. Morale has been deteriorating the past few years with multiple layoffs and a lot of uncertainty.

Good pay structure for manufacturing associates, excellent benefits.

Cons

Company been in a more or less constant state of restructuring/upheaval for the last few years. A lot of tension on the floor, job security not what it once was.

Change is inevitable but do you really have implement them all at once. Employees get burned out and getting PTO is difficult if you are a newer employee.
