Amazing benefits and very bright employees

Cons

Sadly it is no longer the company it once was; there are layoffs every quarter and the folks that they bring into the org are not of the same quality of the ones that are let go. Upper management seems to be making changes with out thinking the process through.

Pay above the average; if you are in the R&D space you are in heaven; the company does put resources on it; brilliant minds.

Cons

still has to create a culture of excellence and no focus on designing and maintaining a strategy for people - good opportunistic approaches exist for those truly engaged on networking and able to manage up well.
